There are many meeting formats but we want to introduce you to the ones that work best in the Portal de l'Eixample depending on the purpose of the meeting and give you some decoration tips.

Relax and take it easy. For those meetings that we already know are going to be extremely long, it will be best to create an environment in which attendees can be relaxed and feel at home. We want to capture their attention so make them comfortable! Decorate the space with armchairs, sofas, low tables with their water, pens and all the material they may need and a relaxed background music... They will feel comfortable and you will be able to capture their attention for some hours
Networking style. On this occasion we have a speaker who will give a short lecture or motivational talk and the idea is that attendees interact with each other. In this case we recommend you decorate your event with chairs or pouffes and above all opt for Coffee Breaks and buffets where people can chat among themselves and create an atmosphere that encourages people to relate to each other and chat. Thematic meeting. If we love thematic events, why not make a thematic meeting too? creativity and decoration to power! Let's pretend we are in a farmhouse, a relaxed and idyllic place. We can use projectors with the image of some mountain landscape, wicker chairs to give that rustic style, coconut carpets or even artificial grass and why not serve smoothies or alcohol-free cocktails?
